Job Description 職位描述:
* Design and execute full data analysis & statistical modelling starting from raw data.
  從原始數據中設計及執行數據分析及統計建模。
* Develop data analytics within consulting projects to address consumer needs and opportunities.
  根據咨詢項目的客戶需求進行完整明確的數據開發。
* Use and provide analysed data to assist customers in developing sales, marketing and customer insights.
  使用并提供分析后的數據協助客戶在銷售，市場及戰略方面提供深度見解。
* Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, task and projects on time with high quality.
  與個人及團隊協作，以高質量完成數據分析報告。
Requirements  職位要求:
*  Master Degree is strong preferred from top university major in Data Mining, Statistics, Applied Mathematics. Bachelor degree also considered (with in depth experiences).
   碩士學歷為首選，并畢業于國內外優秀大學專業為數據分析，統計學，信息科學，應用數學等背景。本科學歷應具備豐富的項目經驗。
*  At least 1+ year of in depth experiences Statistics and data mining background through demonstrable skill in use of R or RStudio, as well as basic experience in data visualization (Tableau). Comfortable in dealing with large datasets and designing and executing data mining tasks. Previous experience in Customer / Loyalty / Shopper insights strongly welcomed.
   至少一年以上深度運用R或RSTUDIO 進行數據統計、同樣具備基礎的數據可視化數據分析經驗（Tableau）及處理大型數據集，熟練地運用大數據庫并設計及執行數據挖掘等任務。有在顧客/忠誠度/購物者等以往項目經驗中進行過數據分析的經驗可視為核心加分項。
*  Practical and creative mind-set, able to “invent” and proactively make decisions. Not afraid of “blank page” situations.
   具有實用及創新的想法，能夠運用自身獨到的想法從而做出決定，無懼新項目挑戰等。
*  Fluent English with Good communication skills.
   良好的中英語溝通能力
