將python代碼和注釋分離的方法

python的注釋方式和C語言、C++、java有所不同

python語言中，使用‘#' 來進行注釋，其次還有使用 三個引號來進行注釋

本文的程序將把 python 中 使用‘#' 號 好 三個引號的注釋分離出來， 當然也能再次合并回去

本程序已知問題， 不能處理 空格之后在以‘#' 開頭的注釋，所有的注釋行，必須是頂格寫的
